Bistek! - Beef steak and onions slowly cooked in soy sauce and lemon juice.


My wife and I prepared this for her 33rd birthday celebration. The theme of the party was Filipino food and this was one of the many dishes we served. As with many Filipino parties, there is always way too much food and we ended up having days of leftovers.

So, I actually created this blog to document my photography learning. I just bought my first SLR (Canon 450D), and thought this would be a good place to put my pics up. I'm going to take Nicole Hill's classes this August. I'm pretty excited. More updates later...
